Use our resistance machines and free weights to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles. Our plate loaded machines from Impulse Sterling are designed to replicate the feeling of using free weights but with emphasis on form, safety and effective workouts.
